Hi, I’m Jason Ellington
I started in the trade when I was 15. I knew immediately it was my career path. I started asking questions, gathering books, and scouring through pawn shops to buy tools with every dime I made. There was no one in my family that was in the business and my parents both struggled to make ends meet. I quickly acquired a customer base and by the time I was 20 I had a full fledged HVAC business up and running.
Fortunately for me marketing & process creation came very natural for me and allowed the business growth year after year.
In 2020 I sold my hvac business for millions. The process and systems I had built over the years not only drove the double digit growth, it also drove double digit profits.
